Construction Continues on the Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare Marilyn B. and Mark E. Gustafson Center for Supportive Care

Construction continues at the Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare Marilyn B. and Mark E. Gustafson Center for Supportive Care. Bogner Corporation crews have been busy renovating the building with a new entrance, new areas for bereavement and volunteer services, and garage spaces for the Mobile Care Units.  

On the interior of the building, all of the “rough in” work (electrical, HVAC and plumbing) has been completed. Drywall also is finished, and painting has begun on interior walls.   

Outside, crews have added a retaining wall, which allowed the parking lot, driveways and landscaping to be completed. Construction crews also added two bays for the Mobile Care Units with a new green roof. 

“This has been a great project team. We are pleased to be working with Bogner Corporation as our project manager,” said Kurt Holmes, executive director at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare. “The architectural firm of BSHM led by Byron Manchester has been fantastic.” 

The new Marilyn B. and Mark E. Gustafson Center for Supportive Care is scheduled to open in early spring 2022.
