Join us for the Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare 2023 Golf Classic. Enjoy a day of golf, lunch, dinner, drinks, and games of chance all to support Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare’s continued mission of serving patients, families and the community.

$125 per golfer
$500 team of four

Includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks. Net proceeds from the 2023 Golf Classic benefit Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare patient care and services.
